The Centre for Research in Digital Education (CRDE) invites you to a workshop on ChatGPT in education on Wednesday 3rd May at 12 noon – 1.30pm in the Hillary Place Coach House Seminar Room.

Are you intrigued, concerned, or perplexed by the current discussions and debates around the use of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education?

Join colleagues in the School of Education for a practical workshop:

  • Hear about how these new tools have been used for teaching, learning and assessment
  • Try out some activities using ChatGPT (an AI tool)
  • Engage in discussion around the uses, applications, risks and limitations of AI for HE teaching and learning

Chrissi Nerantzi, Bronwen Swinnerton, and Katharine Stapleford will lead this practical session during which we hope to demystify AI tools such as ChatGPT and gain some practical ideas for how we might use them with our students.
